Summer Pruning & Crop Pre-Harvest Nutrition

John Slaughter of Burchell Nursery led an in-field demonstration of Summer pruning techniques.

Jim White led a discussion on nutritional requirements and support for crop finishing on grapes, nut crops, stone fruit, citrus and tomatoes.  He also detailed what is triggered within the plant after N, P and K, organic acids and Calcium are taken in.

The seminar was held at Burchell Nursery in Fowler.
